Perfect for families seeking adventure
The staff was helpful! They went out of their way to ensure our needs were met, even providing tips on local sights. The view from the rooftop restaurant? Absolutely nice, I couldn't stop staring at the Ganges while having my chai.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for the experience we got.

Overall had good stay during Varanasi visit. Central location of this low budget hotel was a bonus. On top of that, restaurants and eateries were next to the property.

The whole room was beautifully maintained and recently refurbished with Ganga view and a shared bathroom and fans. Location: the hotel was so close to the very important Ghats and Varanasi. The staff was reasonably good and more than adequate can provide additional tips.
Well, there was no elevator.

Perfect spot for Ganga views!
Had a super nice stay! The location was just wow, right by the river, and we could see the Ganga Aarti from our balcony. Staff was super friendly, and the food was decent, especially the North Indian dishes. Just a bit tricky carrying luggage through those narrow streets though.

The location of alka is prime, a 2-minute walk takes you to the ghats. The support from staff was excellent, especially during the ganga aarti. The nearby food options were okay, serving decent meals.

Just a well-suited match for a swift visit in Varanasi with value for money. The staff, especially Munna bhai, were helpful, guiding us for our Darshan of the Vishwanath temple. It's a good idea to be prepared for a bit of a walk from where cars can drop you off.

I had a lovely stay, especially enjoying the amazing Ganga Aarti experience and the delicious Indian food. The hotel offers a nice garden area to relax, and the overall atmosphere is very peaceful. Just be aware that the walk from the main road might be a bit much for some, but it's worth it for the great vibes! 😊

Very nice location and helpful staff!
The staff was attentive, ensuring all my needs were met, and even helped with reservations for the Ganga Aarti. Room cleanliness could use some improvement, as it did not meet my expectations upon arrival.

The location is perfect for visiting Kashi Vishwanath Temple and attending the Ganga Aarti. The staff were really friendly and even helped us arrange a site tour. Just keep in mind that room cleaning can require a nudge, but it's still a solid option for budget travelers.

The dining scene here was on point! Their North Indian food was pure magic, with tasty Tawa Rotis that hit the spot. Plus, the view overlooking the Ganges just. Super friendly staff kept the good vibes flowing.
But let's keep it real-sharing a washroom wasn't the best surprise, especially when we weren't expecting it. The room was tiny and not what I hoped for, despite the fancy marketing on the website. Just a heads-up!

missingWrote a review on 24 Augprime locationriver viewunique ferrysmall room
Prime location right by the Ganges makes it easy to explore the major Ghats, including the Kashi Vishwanath Temple. The Ganga Aarti assistance and the option to ferry guests by boat directly from the riverside add a unique touch to the experience.
Booked a room expecting three beds but received the same setup as a double without the extra bedding, disappointing. The restaurant charges high prices for food, which honestly isn't worth it. Skipping the on-site dining for local street food is a better option. My room felt cramped, especially in the humidity, and the lack of ventilation in the bathrooms could lead to some discomfort.
